About Domenico Pinto
My own story starts back in Germany where I was born and raised. My parents are Italian, both from South Italy, and so, my passport and a strong part of my identity are Italian.
I come from humble beginnings and from my first work at my father’s family restaurant I went on to explore different areas of expertise: sales, marketing and tourism in Dubai, a conference organization in Australia and later on, culture change and strategy with focus on organizational design.
I have worked with leaders and organizations from all around the globe and across several continents.
I must admit I was a workaholic during a large part of my life, always seeking to do more, to achieve more, to be more: that’s how I combined long work hours with a Global Executive MBA at IE Business School.
However, not long after the start of the COVID pandemic, I came to realize how little I had prioritized my lifestyle preferences over career. And that was a turning point of my career: when I decided to create better tomorrows not only for those I met in my personal life and in my business but also for myself.
I then became an entrepreneur by choice and by passion. This way I could relate to the challenges and opportunities leaders and change-makers face daily in both the organizations they work for and their personal lives.
Moreover, I found a way to co-create the future of work.
I believe experience is key to understanding and improving oneself and so I never back down from a good challenge: when there is true intention behind a client’s desire to improve and transform their organization ecosystem, I do my very best to achieving it together.
And that’s why I am here: because I trust in my skills and expertise, and above all, because being a change consultant is my passion. And it really is true that when you love what you do, work doesn’t feel like work, it feels like your mission.

“It’s amazing for me to look back and to see how creating better tomorrows has become such a centre in my life, not only at work but also outside of work, not only for me but for other people, leaders, organisations. I embrace it now as my purpose, my mission.”

Mission
My personal mission is to create better tomorrows for everyone.
How? By helping design and upgrade organizational culture and leadership in institutions.
Most of us spend a great amount of our lifetime at work and invest a large amount of our daily energy into making an institution, an idea, a project successful. We can either do it with drive, purpose, passion and motivation or out of pure duty, need, obligation and resignation. In the end, it’s the work culture, leadership models and conditions under which we perform our tasks that are the real differentiators.
I advocate that happiness should not end at the workplace and that happy employees become fulfilled citizens, friends, partners, parents.
Values
For me and from my own experience in leading my own business and consulting organizations, I trust these are core values that help drive this change:
- Be a Human above all else
- Embrace who you are – Be yourself
- Challenge the status quo
- Respect your colleagues
- Drive change
- Embrace diversity
- Be curious
- Be humble
- Have fun
- Create better tomorrows
Vision
As the world of work further develops and with the War for Talent and Great Resignation at every organization’s doorstep, we are now at a threshold for change: the old ways no longer work.
Leaders need to become more humane, companies more agile and purposeful, teams more autonomous and employees more accountable.
My vision for the world of work is one where organizations reinvent and build their own culture based on the needs and demands of their workers, the market and the business.
One where there are no one-size-fits-all methods and principles to complex and unpredictable situations but tailored, adaptive, responsive human approaches.

Client Testimonials
Those whom I have had the chance to help and collaborate with are the best to give feedback on what we have achieved together.
Dom is extremely professional and he employ innovative and interactive approaches in engaging participants. This key feature was particularly important considering the diverse nature of Geregu’s team. Furthermore, the use of real-life examples and idiosyncratic thought leaders to explain leadership principles was also one of the highlights of our session as it encouraged participants to engage with the concepts and more importantly challenge their traditional ways of thinking about leadership. The training made a very good impression on all participants from Geregu and we will be happy to engage Dom again in future.
